Privacy, terms & AI disclosure
In short
Your journal is yours. Encrypted, never sold, never used to train AI models, deletable anytime. Glow 'N Rise is not therapy, and we say so plainly wherever it matters.
These documents are working drafts, pending review by counsel before public launch. Last updated: July 12, 2026.
Privacy policy (draft)
- Right now, GlowNRise.com collects one thing: the email address you choose to leave on our waitlist. We use it to write to you about Glow 'N Rise, and for nothing else.
- You can leave the list with one click in any email, and you can ask us to delete your address entirely at hello@glownrise.com.
- We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising pixels. Our site analytics are cookieless and anonymous.
- When The Confidence Mirror launches, journals will be encrypted at rest, never used to train AI models, and yours to export or delete at any time. The full policy will be published before launch.
Terms of service (draft)
- Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- Membership pricing, the founding member offer, and the 30-day guarantee on annual plans will be stated in full, plain English on the membership page at launch.
- Canceling will always take one tap, and your journal and Living Portrait will stay yours to export or delete.
AI disclosure (draft)
- The Confidence Mirror is an AI companion, built on large language models. It is designed to remember your story, encourage you, and help you act — and to be honest about what it is.
- The Mirror is not therapy, not medical care, and not a licensed professional. If a conversation shows signs of crisis, the Mirror will say so gently and point to real help, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US.
- What the Mirror remembers about you — the Living Portrait — is yours to view, edit, and delete.
- Your conversations are never used to train AI models and are never sold.
Cookie policy (draft)
Our analytics are cookieless. The site sets no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies — only what is strictly necessary for the site to function. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
